Register a Facility or Venue

Purpose: Help users register facilities (rooms/venues) and understand approval.

#What you can create

  • Create one or more facilities (e.g., halls, meeting rooms, training spaces).
  • Each facility becomes visible only after approval by the Lx Edge Team.

#Steps

  1. User action: Log in via Login.
  2. User action: Open your account area and choose “Register a Facility/ Venue”.
  3. System response: A facility form appears.
  4. User action: Submit the form to request approval.
  5. System response: Your facility enters pending review status.

#Form overview

  • Facility name and description
  • Location and capacity
  • Amenities and equipment
  • Availability / operating hours
  • Contact details
  • Photos or media (optional)

#Approval process

  • Lx Edge Team verifies your facility information.
  • Once approved, your facility appears to users searching for venues.
  • If rejected, you’ll receive a reason and can update and resubmit.

#Errors and failures

  • Missing fields: Inline validation prompts to complete required details
  • Media upload issues: Retry guidance or size/type warnings
  • Network/server errors: Non-blocking toast and retry
