Purpose: Help new users create an account before using the platform.

#Steps

  1. User action: Open Sign up and fill the form.
  2. System response: On success, your account is created and you may be redirected to onboarding.
  3. Notes: Some organizations may restrict self-signup; you may need an invite in that case.

  • Full name (required)
  • Work email (required)
  • Password (required)
  • Optional: Organization or role

#Errors and failures

  • Email already in use: Choose a different email or try logging in
  • Weak password: Follow on-screen rules to strengthen
  • Network/server error: Try again; no data is lost if validation failed

#Summary

  • Create an account using your work email.
  • After sign up, proceed to Log in and then register as trainer, vendor, or facility owner as needed.
